  • Why should I buy in the eshop?
    Buying in the ESHOP is cheaper than paying at the cash desk in Wellness Hotel Patince. All entries to the pool and sauna world come with 10% discount compared to payment at the cash desk. The condition to get it is to buy at least one day in advance. At the ESHOPE, you can buy various special price products and packages.
  • What products and services can I buy in the ESHOP?
    In our ESHOP, we offer you to buy entrance tickets in the form of electronic vouchers or gift vouchers to the pool and sauna world, stays, massages, spa, beauty procedures. They are great gifts for your loved ones, your friends or family.
  • Is it necessary to get registered in the ESHOP?
    Registration in the ESHOP is not mandatory. However, by registration, you can get more benefits and information about future special deals and offers. At the same time, you will get an overview of your orders.
  • How can I pay for the order?
    You can pay by payment card at the 24pay portal.
  • When will the gift or electronic voucher be delivered to me?
    When you make payment through the payment gate, you will receive the entrance ticket in the form of electronic voucher by email immediately.
  • Is it possible to send gift vouchers by e-mail in the form of a voucher?
    please, select the electronic voucher at your purchase.  The voucher will be sent to your email address after crediting the money to our account.
  • What is the validity period of gift vouchers and entrance tickets?
    The date of validity is provided on each gift voucher or entrance ticket. The validity period for hotel stays is at least 6 months.
  • How can vouchers be delivered and received?
    you can select the method of delivery of your order in the basket. 
  • Can I give entrance tickets as a gift?
    Entrance tickets do not contain name and price or value of the purchase. For orders delivered by mail, we do not enclose the document of the amount of your purchase and prices of gift vouchers. You will receive confirmation of the order and tax document by e-mail.
  • We decided to return gift voucher or entrance tickets, we will not use them and we want to return them, how should we proceed?
    You can cancel your order within 14 business days of the date of entering into the agreement on providing of the service (i.e. of the day of confirmation of the order by the seller)
  • How should we proceed in the case of a claim or cancellation of the order?
    Please, send any claim or cancellation of the order by e-mail to eshop@wellnesspatince.sk and use the form for Termination of the Agreement  you received in the order or you can download it here
  • What should we do if the electronic voucher was not delivered by email?
  • Please, contact us at eshop@wellnesspatince.skand check the  email address you entered to your order.
  • Do I have to print my electronic voucher?
    It is enough to present your voucher in the mobile phone.
